Where do you deliver?
The store is currently configured for addresses in the United Kingdom only.
How much is delivery?
Free UK delivery applies to baskets of £30 or more. A £3.99 standard Royal Mail Tracked 48 rate is preconfigured for smaller baskets and can be changed by the store owner.
How long does delivery take?
The supplied business brief gives an estimated delivery time of 2–3 days. This is an estimate after dispatch and may be affected by weekends, holidays or courier delays.
How can I track my order?
Use the Order Tracking page with the order details sent by email. Tracking information can also be added to the order by the store team.
Which payment methods are available?
Credit and debit card payments are intended. The store owner must connect and test a compatible WooCommerce card gateway before launch. Cash on delivery, cheque and direct bank transfer are disabled by setup.
Can I create an account or check out as a guest?
Yes. Account registration and guest checkout are enabled.
Can I leave a review?
Yes. WooCommerce product reviews and ratings are enabled. Reviews shown on the site should come from real customers.
How do I request a return or refund?
