To request a cancellation, return or refund, contact asfjtraderpvtltd@gmail.com with the order number, items involved and reason for the request. Do not send a parcel back until return instructions have been provided.
Change-of-mind returns
Where a change-of-mind return is available, contact us within 14 days of delivery and return the item promptly. Products should be unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened products may not be eligible unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Report a damaged, faulty, misdescribed or incorrect item as soon as possible and include photographs where useful. We will assess the issue and explain the available repair, replacement, price reduction or refund remedy.
Return costs and refunds
The customer may be responsible for change-of-mind return postage. Zauq Bahar will cover reasonable return arrangements where an item is faulty or was supplied incorrectly. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing time is outside our control.
Statutory rights
This policy does not reduce rights available under applicable UK consumer law.
